Online courses for beginners, intermediate & advanced learners for English (Better Business English Online - BBEO), Portuguese(Português Online Para Estrangeiros – POPE) & Spanish (Español Online Para Estranjeros – EOPE) will all soon be available on our platform.

The courses are 1:1, focussed mainly on business language and accompanied by an experienced tutor. They are designed to provide up to 100 hours of work and are divided into 3 parts, each part with between 30 and 35 hours of work. In turn, each part is divided into 8 themed modules.

In terms of content, the courses are composed of resources giving practical explanations & examples of the grammatical structures and vocabulary introduced in each module. Each module also contains excercises, a reading or listening comprehension, a written assignment as well as an optional current affairs tasks. The trainee is accompanied throughout the course by an online tutor, who gives written feedback and support, and answers any questions. In alternate modules, there is a tutor-trainee skype / telephone call, in order to practise spoken fluency & pronunciation. At the end of each part of the course, there is a test and the opportunity for the trainee to give feedback about the course. The platform has a forum and a messaging system, which the trainee can use to clarify doubts & ask any questions.

 

 

The accuracy of written communication is vital in business, whether via e-mail or more formal reports. We have developed an online Business Writing Skills course for English, where the trainees receive ongoing feedback from their tutor, who is always available to answer questions.
